Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship via ground transportation to Canada and the United States.

 

When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Larger orders may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Standard shipping within Canada takes approximately 3-5 business days in transit.

Standard shipping to the United States takes approximately 4-6 business days in transit.  

Please note: During peak seasons, there may be a slight delay in shipping estimates.

 

Will there be an additional customs and import tax?

Spark Candles are currently distributed from Toronto, Canada. It is possible that larger orders (typically $150+) shipped to the United States may incur a customs and import tax. There is no way for us to determine which orders will incur the fee and we cannot provide refunds for orders rejected by the customer at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for any customs and import charges that may apply.

 

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, we accept requests for returns and exchanges within 10 days of your retail purchase or online delivery date. Products must be in original condition and returned to Spark Candles within 21 days. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

If your candle is damaged upon delivery, please report it within 5 business days along with a detailed photo to info@sparkcandles.ca. Our team members will process a shipping claim and arrange for a replacement order as soon as possible.

 

Do you offer wholesale accounts?

Yes, we love working with retail partners to share the Spark Candles experience! If you’re interested in a wholesale account, please email info@sparkcandles.ca and a team member will reach out with more information.

 

Do you offer unscented candles?

Yes, we understand that some of our customers prefer an unscented candle due to allergies or sensitivities. Spark Candles is pleased to offer the perfect way to enjoy our beautiful designer candle collection with an unscented option for each of our containers.
